Kayak cruises – Our recommendations

The description of these excursions is a product of our team’s experience with the sole purpose of facilitating and offering useful advice to anyone interested in visiting these areas in their kayak. It is explicitly clarified that these travel descriptions are not addressed to people who do not have the knowledge and the basic sea kayaking skills – such as self-rescue skills. They do not constitute an exhortation and cannot guarantee the safety of such an excursion, which should be weighed individually, taking full responsibility based on experience, knowledge, and skills. It is recommended that anyone who would go on the following excursions to observe all individual and / or group safety measures and create a float-plan in the form of a document, i.e. informing connections / people  on land about the excursion to be attempted, and provide relevant information as to the navigation plan, the number of participants, the colour of the vessels, estimated journey times, stopping and overnight points, total duration, and day and time of return, as well as contact numbers. It is also recommended to inform a motor boat owner in the area, to provide assistance in case of emergency. The emergency numbers are 112 and 108.
